URBAN BOOT-CAMP

This 12-week workshop is for those who desire self-improvement by participating in a structured game-changing program. The perks of the Muscle vs Fat Challenge are plentiful, because you’ll be provided with offsite accountability, weekly challenges, daily workout plans, and exciting field trips.  A certified and experienced personal trainer will show you how to create change to meet your personal goals!

 

 

In addition, you will receive the following:       

 Weekly private 1:1 coaching sessions

1 on-site group exercise session per week

3-month unlimited membership to THE FIT LAB

This is a FOUR-WEEK outdoor program of fun, dynamic, functional fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training.

Train 2 Run is a beginner running program geared to gradually ease you into the accomplishment of running a 5K (3.1 miles). Under the guidance of qualified instructors and a strategically outlined 9-week training program, you will be ready for your big event!

 

 

From start to finish, Train 2 Run is led by Balance Personal Training’s certified personal trainers and a staff of experienced runners. In addition to road work, the training includes a component which specifically addresses runner-specific training.
