This is a FOUR-WEEK outdoor program of fun, dynamic, functional fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training.

DON’T LET “BOOT-CAMP” SCARE YOU

Each participant is inspired and has fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by our personal trainers who will give immediate feedback on any questions during the program, help track progression, and ensure dramatic results are seen in a fun and supportive environment.

Also, each person will meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.  Valuable insight will be gained on how to make exercise and healthy eating a permanent and enjoyable part of life.

DON’T GO HOME UNCHALLENGED

Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of safely doing nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Adults of all ages are welcome to participate. Each day will be a new challenge and will progressively increase in intensity.  You will inspire and be inspired by others.
